Since graduating, Adele has gained valuable experience working in private practice, supporting clients through a wide range of musculoskeletal presentations. During her studies, she also worked as a sports trainer with several local football clubs, where she developed a strong appreciation for injury management, rehabilitation, and helping people return to the sports and activities they love.
Adele has completed additional training in dry needling and osteopenia/osteoporosis management, and is currently undertaking her ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning accreditation. She has a strong interest in neck and back pain, shoulder injuries, lower limb injuries, sports injuries, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Adele enjoys utilising manual therapy to help ease symptoms, alongside exercise-based rehabilitation, education, and tailored management plans to support long-term recovery.
Adele is passionate about educating and empowering others to regain their independence, build confidence, and improve their overall quality of life. She takes a caring, individualised, and evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, working collaboratively with each client to help them move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what matters most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Adele loves being outdoors, exploring nature and scenic views, going to the beach, doing mystery picnics with her partner, catching up with family and friends, hitting the gym, and spending time with her golden retriever, Charlie, and her two cats.
