What are your fees?
We require payment on the day of consultation.
We accept all private health funds and are able to process these claims on the spot using our HICAPS terminal. Please note, we are not able to backdate private health claims; therefore, if you do not have your card with you on the day, you will be required to pay for your appointment in full and manually claim your rebate yourself.
Are you registered as a preferred provider for any private health funds?
I forgot my Private Health Insurance member card. Are you still able to process my claim on the spot?
Do you offer Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans/Chronic Disease Management?
Please note that you are only allowed a maximum of 5 sessions across all services under this referral. Any rejections from Medicare will result in the account being redirected to the patient to be paid privately.

Where do you operate your Hydrotherapy and Pilates classes from?
All Hydrotherapy and Pilates classes are operated out of the Lilydale Squash and Fitness Centre (446 Maroondah Hwy, LILYDALE).
However, please note that all payments for these classes are to be made directly to Active Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy, either in person, over the phone or via direct debit.
Do you accept patients with W/C and TAC claims?
We do accept TAC and Workcover claims.
All patients with a Workcover claim, must present with a letter from their employer which confirms the employer has accepted the claim and that they will be responsible for the payment of the invoices. If this letter is not presented, the patient will be required to pay for the treatment on the day.
All TAC patients will need to provide their TAC claim number and also their accident date.
