Knee Ankle and Foot Pain

Knee Ankle and Foot Pain
Any injury to the lower limb can be debilitating and often disruptive to our daily lives. For optimal recovery, it is vital to receive an accurate diagnosis from a qualified physiotherapist. Our physiotherapists specialise in all knee ligament (ACL, MCL etc.) and ankle ligament (ATFL, CFL etc.) injuries, having additional qualifications in rehabilitating these problems. We also believe in providing solid prevention programs to significantly reduce the chances of recurrence of injury.
Common causes of knee pain include:
- ligament sprains or tears (ACL, MCL, LCL, PCL)

Symptoms can include:

Knee and ankle joints are highly complex and have many ligaments and muscles that attach to various structures in the lower limb. This means symptoms can vary greatly in each person and treatment programs have to be specific for the problem at hand.
